- All activity under your account
- Keeping information accurate and up to date
Shipzy may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. Applications and Approval
- Submission of an application does not guarantee approval
- Shipzy reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles
- Rankings are not sold and cannot be guaranteed
6. Rankings and Performance
Rankings are based on objective and qualitative indicators, which may include:
- Responsiveness
- Quote quality
- Professional conduct
- Reliability signals
Shipzy does not guarantee business results or ranking placement.
7. Fees and Payments
Certain features may require payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
- VAT is applied according to applicable EU rules
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Manipulate rankings or evaluations
- Abuse or harass other users
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with system security or functionality
