Benchmark RFQs

We send standardized quote requests to forwarders and measure first response time and quote quality against industry norms. These measurements drive the rankings directly.

Carrier APIs

Tracking milestones, schedules, and transit routes come straight from ocean carrier APIs — the same systems the carriers run their own operations on, covering roughly two-thirds of global container capacity.

Peer Endorsements

Verified forwarders endorse companies they have actually worked with. Endorsements are one-per-company, non-purchasable, and feed the ranking score.

Public Records

The 2,500+ company directory is built from public trade registries and industry listings, and companies can claim and verify their own profiles.
