Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Ranking Eligible at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
How are rankings calculated?
Rankings are based on response time, quote quality, profile completeness, and peer endorsements from other verified forwarders. We send real benchmark RFQs to measure live performance.
What if I'm not in the Top 10?
You still get RFQ notifications, featured placement, and priority visibility. Rankings are competitive — being Ranking Eligible means you're evaluated and trusted.
Do forwarders get container tracking too?
Yes. Every forwarder account includes free container tracking (3 saved shipments). Ranked subscribers get Pro tracking (30 shipments, D&D Watch) included at no extra cost. Free Listing forwarders can add Pro Tracking for €20/month without subscribing to ranking.
