About
Joseph R. Chatt founded CARIBE EXPRESS in 1973, and Empresas Caribe, custom brokers, with its allied Excell cargo freight forwarders in 1976. In 1982, it became a trucking company international. Caribe Express Inc. opened operations in Florida in 1989.
